Hi my name is anonymous and im 19 :) This is my fitspo and weight loss blog and my personal journey to being thin. I am doing this for me, and no one else! I am going to lose weight the healthy way. I did the restricting and binging/ every other diet out there and i ended up completely screwing up my body, metabolism and in the end gaining weight. SO the healthy way is my plan. and im praying i can do it.

CONFIDENCE. at the end of the day, i really dont care what my weight is as long as i am happy and confident. i want to be able to look in the mirror and smile. i want to be happy with my body. i want to be able to wear a bikini and know that i am in the best shape i can be in.
Dear thigh fat; move towards my breasts or gtfo.
