me Skinny is Pretty

Hi my name is anonymous and im 19 :) This is my fitspo and weight loss blog and my personal journey to being thin. I am doing this for me, and no one else! I am going to lose weight the healthy way. I did the restricting and binging/ every other diet out there and i ended up completely screwing up my body, metabolism and in the end gaining weight. SO the healthy way is my plan. and im praying i can do it.

please feel free to ask me anything! i love to give advice! i am here if anyones needs to talk/vent/etc. we're all in this together :)

5'7 HW: 150 LW: 110 CW: 135 GW1: 135 [x] GW2:130(bunches of accessories and shoesies) GW3:125 (new clothes/ belly button piercing) UGW: 120 (TATTOOOO WINNNA!) CONFIDENCE. at the end of the day, i really dont care what my weight is as long as i am happy and confident. i want to be able to look in the mirror and smile. i want to be happy with my body. i want to be able to wear a bikini and know that i am in the best shape i can be in.

Anonymous submitted: hey! I just turned 20, I'm 5'8, my goal weight is 118lbs and I'm 133 noow so we're SO SIMILAR! I was wondering how long it took you to lose the weight from your HW and how often you work out. I've been semi-trying to lose it for a while but its been painstakingly slow...any tips?

awh yayyy!! i love knowing people with similar stats!! ahh well i started working out and losing weight end of december maybe? so from like end of december to now ive lost 15 pounds. but i went through  HUGEEE plateau for a month. it was just awful. i would say try to exercise 3-5 times a week with strength training! HIIT workouts are INCREDIBLE to get past plateaus!! keep me posted on how everything is going love! :)
