me Skinny is Pretty

Hi my name is anonymous and im 19 :) This is my fitspo and weight loss blog and my personal journey to being thin. I am doing this for me, and no one else! I am going to lose weight the healthy way. I did the restricting and binging/ every other diet out there and i ended up completely screwing up my body, metabolism and in the end gaining weight. SO the healthy way is my plan. and im praying i can do it.

please feel free to ask me anything! i love to give advice! i am here if anyones needs to talk/vent/etc. we're all in this together :)

5'7 HW: 150 LW: 110 CW: 135 GW1: 135 [x] GW2:130(bunches of accessories and shoesies) GW3:125 (new clothes/ belly button piercing) UGW: 120 (TATTOOOO WINNNA!) CONFIDENCE. at the end of the day, i really dont care what my weight is as long as i am happy and confident. i want to be able to look in the mirror and smile. i want to be happy with my body. i want to be able to wear a bikini and know that i am in the best shape i can be in.

un-forseen submitted: ok i'll try using my inhaler next time. i think i didnt have enough time to warm up so the shock of breathing in so much cold air all of a sudden triggered it. i have about 800-1000 calories each day which i know is under but im so desperate to lose weight before summer comes. i'm actually really scared that being on tumblr and being bombarded with all these pictures will really warp my concept of weightloss :(

oh yahhh girl the cold air KILLS me when i run! i hate living in such a cold place because i can never go outside :( yah love i totally know what you mean! when i first made this i started getting so obsessed with losing weight. it was all i thought about. and seeing these pictures made me want it even more. i would see pictures and compare every inch of my body to them and it would make me crazy. and i got impatient. instead, just use the pictures as inspiration! and look at the HEALTHY pictures! there are a lot of pictures on here that are unhealthy and can definitely make me feel worse about my weight loss. so keep your focus on YOUR body and what you want to change. think about all the healthy, PERMANENT things you are doing for your life. focus on yourself and health and you will achieve amazing things girl, i know you will love! :)
