me Skinny is Pretty

Hi my name is anonymous and im 19 :) This is my fitspo and weight loss blog and my personal journey to being thin. I am doing this for me, and no one else! I am going to lose weight the healthy way. I did the restricting and binging/ every other diet out there and i ended up completely screwing up my body, metabolism and in the end gaining weight. SO the healthy way is my plan. and im praying i can do it.

please feel free to ask me anything! i love to give advice! i am here if anyones needs to talk/vent/etc. we're all in this together :)

5'7 HW: 150 LW: 110 CW: 135 GW1: 135 [x] GW2:130(bunches of accessories and shoesies) GW3:125 (new clothes/ belly button piercing) UGW: 120 (TATTOOOO WINNNA!) CONFIDENCE. at the end of the day, i really dont care what my weight is as long as i am happy and confident. i want to be able to look in the mirror and smile. i want to be happy with my body. i want to be able to wear a bikini and know that i am in the best shape i can be in.

Food Diary

These are usually the things i eat every day:

Breakfast (i try to eat a lot for breakfast so that my metabolism gets boosted):

oatmeal with peanut butter and bananas OR oatmeal with strawberries

low fat yogurt with honey bunches of oats and bananas or strawberries 

bowl of yogactive cereal SO GOOD 

piece of whole wheat toast with butter, apple and yogurt

my homemade muesli (seriously it should win an award)

lunch: 

one egg and egg white omelete on whole wheat bread with a little hummus 

hummus with vegetables

scrambled eggs and vegetables

oatmeal

lean turkey breast with vegetables and a slice of whole wheat toast

smoothies

dinner:

tuna salad (no mayo. a TEENY bit of balsamic dressing or salsa)

salad (oil and vinegar or hummus or salsa)

hummus and vegetable wrap on pita bread

grilled chicken and salad

sweet potato 

snacks:

apples

apples and peanut butter

celery and peanut butter

nectarines

grapes

bell peppers

celery 

celery and peanut butter

hummus and veggies

fat free vanilla yogurt

fiber one bars

special k bars

WATER WATER WATER; most times you feel hungry, but really its your body telling you that you’re dehydrated! drink at least 8 cups of water a day

green tea (i usually put stevia in mine)

most of what i eat is really basic, but fills me up. i usually stay within 1300- 1400 calories. i eat 6 little meals a day of about 200ish calories so my metabolism stays working fast! i basically just snack on vegetables and fruits like its my job.

i try to get a lot of vegetables in my diet because they fill me up, boost my metabolism, and are SO low in calories. fruits are great for you, but vegetables have hardly any calories
